Manavata 3H mission is to bring Health, Happiness and Harmony to all. 3H family is about living in harmony within family and with mother nature.

Day by day people are loosing health, generations are becoming week mainly due to life style issues and people confused with so much commercial information about Health. Many life style disorders making much more worse due to ignorance, fear, stress, hatred, anger, greed and jealousy. no harmony within heart and no harmony in family also. This is causing huge number of health problems and misery in many families. So it is an urgent and important priority to bring back our harmonious 3H family culture and proper Health care into every family:

What is Holistic Health:

Health, as defined by the World Health Organization (WHO), is “a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”

we all know the fact that Health is Wealth; Irrespective to personal ambitions of individuals, everyone needs good health. To achieve holistic health, it is important for all of us to work together! Otherwise everyday it is hard for parents to make children eat healthy when other children in school eating junk foods in schools and using junk foods in parties. Food correction and change must happen in all levels from individual, family, community and country as a whole to protect health of people and to keep our earth/environment safe.

MAHE Summer Camp For Children 

It is a wonderful opportunity for children from age 8 to 16 years.Objective:  To help every child for their holistic development by utilizing their summer holidays productively.Benefits: Concentration, focus on right learning, Self-discipline, right knowledge, good health, becoming more responsible and self -reliant, identifying hidden talents and developing with best techniques. these are very important needs for every child to shape up their bright future.Why this camp? Unfortunately these days children are missing right path, losing their health, focus and becoming more selfish and irresponsible. It is all our responsibility to do help them to shape up their future and make the real humane with  excellence.  So this program has been organized by Manavata Academy of Human Excellence (MAHE International) as part of Samskara Vidya program.Categories

  • Kids Batch: 4th class to 7th class students
  • Teen Batch: 8th class to 10th Class Students
  • Youth Batch: Inter, UG, PG

Part time Camp: (Venues: Hyderabad, Lolla & Vijayawada)

  • 20 days from 14th April 8am to 10am

Residential Camp: (Manavata University, Kothakota):

  • 10 days from 15th April 2019: Residential for boys
  • 10 days from 4th May 2019:    Residential for Girls

Note: Accommodation, Vegetarian healthy food will be provided  at Ashram for full time batch

  • Fun Science & Vedic maths

Fee: Voluntary contribution

  • Free for selected & deserved merit students from government schools & children of natural organic small farmers
  • A nominal fee Rs. 1500/- for private school students and those who can afford: 
Contribution: All courses are run solely on the basis of contributions by volunteers who successful leaders and teachers to guide gives their time to share inspiration with their guest lectures.  Sessions are free for some selected deserved students (underprivileged),  who are willing to take school level leadership for our 1 year Samskara Vidya program for school. Students from private schools who can afford need to pay their own costs during their camp.

GUIDELINES FOR THE PARENTS

Since we are trying to combat the onslaught of last culture of violence And selfishness with our ancient culture in ashram atmosphere in this Campus based on the teachings of great Swami Vivekananda, we request To co-operate with us in making ‘OUR’ children the founders of better world by adhering to the guidelines given below:

  • Children Should come with simple dresses. No Jeans or Hi-Fi dresses please.
  • No shoes – only chappals. Because their movements take place
    within the campus only.
  • Parents / Others not to phone to their wards.
  • Children also not to phone to parents during the camp. However,
    In case of any important matter, the teachers will contact the parents
    On behalf of the children.
  • PARENTS / GUARDIANS ARE REQUESTED TO INFORM US BEFORE  THE START OF THE COURSE IN CASE THEIR WARDS HAVE ANY PHYSICAL / MENTAL PROBLEMS TO AVOID ANY COMPLICATIONS DURING THE PRACTICAL SESSIONS PARTICULARLY.
  • Please Do Not send the Cell Phone & Cameras.
  • No food items / No junk foods / No plastics / no toxic Chemicals
  • Be on time.

Bring: Only 3 pairs of white or light colour cotton dresses, 1 tower, 1 blanket, 1 water bottle, 1 lunch box, 1 torch light, tooth brush, natural tooth powder, natural soap or konkudu kaya podi, coconut oil, comb.

Part time camp Schedule: 

  • 45 min: Yoga & meditation: sound mind, sound body
  • 30 min: Krida Yoga / memory games: Mind power and alertness
  • Healthy eating and relax
  • 30 min: Karma Yoga: volunteering and seva
  • 30 min: Story telling and workshops
  • 30 min: Inspirational discourses by guest lectures
  • 30 min: Spoken English / communication skills
  • 30 min: Happy Assembly arts preparation
