Children’s Yoga Teacher Training
Do you want to empower children and young people to become mentally strong, emotionally balanced, aware, connected and confident in their own body?
Do you want to support children in becoming well-rounded, creative, open-minded, compassionate individuals?
Do you see a need for change in the world, your local community and in children’s individual lives?
Do you want to create a safe space for children and teens to express their thoughts, feelings and ideas freely?
Do you want to share essential tools with children and teens to self-regulate and heal themselves independently?
Do you want to share concepts and ideas of gratitude, self-worth, awareness, respect, empathy, connection and peace?
As an experienced educator, architect, community worker, global traveller and karma yogi, Srini, founder & senior Teacher of Astanga Yoga can see and feel the fundamental need for all of the above. Srini has witnessed first-hand, the powerful healing effects that yoga & mindfulness has on children from all backgrounds, experiences, languages, cultures and religions.
A note from Srini,
”I have an abundance of knowledge, experience, practical techniques and passion to share with children and teens across the Globe but as an individual, I am limited to how many children I can reach. I am sharing this unique programme with educators, therapists, parents, community workers, health care professionals social workers, yoga teachers, volunteer workers and anyone with a passion to create change in their community or world-wide.
If I can share this programme with more teachers, then it can reach more children and young people across the world which will ultimately benefit not only individual children but whole families, schools, communities and nations.”
